Defective doll and damaged doll in delivery
We accept return only if the doll is defective or damaged in delivery. Defective doll and damaged doll have to be reported to www.rosettedoll.com within 1 day of receipt of receiving the doll at the address you specified to us when the order was placed. Defective doll and damaged doll can be exchanged for the same doll product. Certain merchandise may require manufactures service first before the return is allowed in order to correct the problem. To return your product or merchandise contact www.rosettedoll.com by e-mail.
Return & Exchange
All the Rosette doll orders are CUSTOM ORDERS. CUSTOM ORDERS are not returnable. In the case of returned product due to circumstances beyond our control-death, disappearance, or corresponding case, www.rosettedoll.com will issue a refund "less shipping and a 25% restocking fee". |

Guideline to admission |

Admission to Rosette Doll Academy is open to owners only.
First of all, enter the profile of your doll on the ‘Register Student’ page, which can be accessed from the ‘Dormitory’ menu on the homepage. You don’t have to write anything that you don’t want to have open.
A regular special event will be held for those who have been registered as students. Rosette will send a message to you regarding any events. Please check your mail regularly. |
