The delivery time guarantee system
**The delivery time guarantee system **
In the event that any doll products sold at dollSOOM.com, the Internet shopping mall run by SOOM, are delivered to a customer late, SOOM will compensate the customer for the late delivery as per the following agreement:
Article 1 [Definition of Terminology]
The terminology stipulated in this agreement shall be defined as per the below:
1.“The preparation time for delivery”shall mean the period from the time at which the payment for a sold doll is completely made, to the time at which the doll is shipped out.
2.“Delivery date” shall mean the day on which a doll will be shipped out.
3.“Guarantee for the delivery date” shall mean that a doll product is shipped out within 100 days from the time that a customer completes making payment for it. A period of delay caused by the delivery schedule of the company in charge of delivery and the time required to clear customs shall not be included.
Article 2 [Scope of Compensation]
“Late delivery” shall be restricted to cases in which the shipping date exceeds 100 days from the time at which a customer completes the payment.
Article 3 [Amount of Compensation]
In the event that SOOM delays delivery to a customer, SOOM shall pay the customer 1% of the selling price for each day of delay in the form of points.
However, when D+25 is exceeded, 25% of the products will be subjected to D/C instead of the fee levied for delay in delivery.
Article 4 [Exemption of the Responsibility for Loss Proof]
SOOM shall pay the compensation to the customer even when the customer cannot prove the existence, the extent, and the amount of loss.
Article 5 [Customer’s Obligation of Recognition]
In the event that the customer receives the compensation within the above agreed scope, the customer shall not insist on compensation for other types of loss, and thus, the customer shall accept other light loss.
Article 6 [SOOM’s Obligation to Pay Attention]
At the time of making this agreement, SOOM shall guarantee no (0%) delay in delivery, and shall pay attention so as not to make any delay.
Article 7 [Effectuation & Validity of the Agreement]: This agreement shall become effective as soon as the payment for an order is completely made, and it shall be valid until the order is shipped out, refunded, or compensated.
Article 8 [Cancellation of the Contract]
In the event that the customer does not abide by his/her obligation specified under Article 5, or if he/she insists on compensation, disregarding the regulation of Article 4, SOOM shall be allowed to not pay the compensation. In the event that the delivery is delayed for longer than the stipulated period, the customer can cancel the contract, and receive the total purchasing price in the form of a refund.
Article 9 [Period during which cancellation is enabled]
If and when the Latter has failed to ship out within the deadline promised by the Former, it shall be possible to cancel within D+25. After that day, however, cancellation shall be prohibited, and this shall be considered as the Latter not desiring cancellation. In this case, 25% of the products will be subjected to D/C, rather than the fee levied for delay in delivery.
Article 10 [Refund]
In the event that SOOM does not meet the specified delivery date, the customer can cancel the contract and be refunded completely by the method proposed by SOOM.
Point conversion / Wire-transfer / Pay-pal / Cancel payment by card / Telegraph money order
Any handling fees for refund shall be borne by SOOM, on the basis of the standards stipulated by SOOM.

Defective doll and damaged doll in delivery
We accept return only if the doll is defective or damaged in delivery. Defective doll and damaged doll have to be reported to www.rosettedoll.com within 1 day of receipt of receiving the doll at the address you specified to us when the order was placed. Defective doll and damaged doll can be exchanged for the same doll product. Certain merchandise may require manufactures service first before the return is allowed in order to correct the problem. To return your product or merchandise contact www.rosettedoll.com by e-mail.
Return & Exchange
All the Rosette doll orders are CUSTOM ORDERS. CUSTOM ORDERS are not returnable. In the case of returned product due to circumstances beyond our control-death, disappearance, or corresponding case, www.rosettedoll.com will issue a refund "less shipping and a 25% restocking fee".

3. In the ‘Message Box’ under ‘My page’, enter ‘master’ as the name of the sender and send a mail.

Guideline to admission
Admission to Rosette Doll Academy is open to owners only.
First of all, enter the profile of your doll on the ‘Register Student’ page, which can be accessed from the ‘Dormitory’ menu on the homepage. You don’t have to write anything that you don’t want to have open.
A regular special event will be held for those who have been registered as students. Rosette will send a message to you regarding any events. Please check your mail regularly.

When will you restock the items out of stock?
We generally restock items once production is complete.
Production period of an item is generally one or two monthes.
Some items out of stock may no longer available.

I want to change the content of my order.
If you didn't make payment, please just cancel your prior order and place a new order again.
If you have made payment already and you want to add some items,
please place a new order and fill out your order comment.
Then contact us and ask to combine by posting Q&A board.

Do you offer layaway?
If you order a product and request a layaway option, it is possible to pay for dolls in installments and not all at once in a big payment.
1. The minimum order is $300 (this does not include the shipping fee).
2. The length of the layaway is 60 days. If your order is over $400(this does not include the shipping fee), your payment can be divided into four equal payments. In this case, The length of the layaway is 90 days.
3. Your payment will be divided into three equal payments.
4. You can pay by paypal, credit card or wire transfer.
5. The initial payment is due when you place your order. Your second payment will be due 30-days later and the last payment will be due 30-days after that. For example: if you place your order on Aug 1 the first payment will be due on Aug 1, the second will be due on Sept 1 and the final payment will be due on Oct 1.
6. If you would like to recieve your order goods earlier, your payment can be divided into two. Also the length of the layaway can be two weeks or one month.
* You can make payments more often than once a month, if you want to recieve it earlier.For example, you pay $300 for initial patment and then you can pay the rest at once.
* Layaway order is not possible to cancell after 1st payment. Please note and understand this before you place an order. In the case of returned product due to circumstances beyond our control-death, disappearance, or corresponding case, sOom will issue a refund "less shipping and a 25% restocking fee".

How long will delivery take?
Delivery will normally take 3 - 7 business days for Express and 14days to 30 days for surface or regular delivery to deliver your package, either door to door, or door to airport.
For most orders, delivery will be made to the actual address given.
Please note that if you do not provide complete and accurate billing information,
your order will be delayed until our shipping department receives the required information.

1 Place your order using our online shopping cart. Make note of the order number and the total amount of your order.

Payment info (1) : Credit Card
You can pay via Credit Card by Dacom after you choose 'Credit Card' on payment method. If you click 'check out', the Dacom software will be installed automatically on you computer. Then, you input your card information. We accept credit card Visa,Master,JCB & Diners.

* If you make payment by credit card, it is not possible to cancel it. But it is possible to change it to your point. Please note that before you make payment.

Order Process
★★ Order Process ★★
There are four steps in which you have to complete for the online order to be processed.
1. You will either login as a return user, or be ask to enter your ID and a Password to create a new account for you. You will then go on to finish to create your account with your billing and shipping information. After which the account has been created, you then need to confirm shipping address again.
2. After you have select the product that you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and you will see the product in the shopping cart.
3. If you wish to continue to shop, click "Continue Shopping" and it will bring you to the home page again.
4. If you added all items to your cart, select the shipping company and your country.
5. Click "Checkout" and continue to fill out the online order form.
* Allows you to choose payment methods with different credit cards.
★★ Order Cancellations ★★
1. Cutom Orders (All Resin Dolls)
If you place a "Custom Order", it cannot be cancelled after making payment. If you place a layaway order, it cannot be cancelled after making 1st payment. Basically all resin dolls that listed on Rosettedoll site are items on demand. Also some outfits are items on demand. In the case of cancelling order due to circumstances beyond our control-death, disappearance, or corresponding case- there will be 25% of cancelling charge.
2. General Orders (Before Shiping)
If you wish to cancel the order, simply press "Remove" in "Order Status".
All order cancellations that are successfully submitted and processed before the order ships out from the warehouse does not subject to 25% restocking fee.
3. General Orders (After Shipping)
At ROSETTEDOLL cancellations are possible for any reason and you will receive a complete refund less a 25% restock fee if returned. If the product or merchandise has already been shipped, it is your responsibility to cover or pay all shipping and handling charges to you and back to us. All orders will have a 25% restocking fee if return is requested. All orders placed on-line will require a 25% restock fee if returned as well as freight paid by consumer back to us.
