‘Soom’ is pleased to offer a simple layaway plan to help stretch your budget. This plan is available for all merchandise, but in order to qualify, the total of your order must come to at least USD$300.00, including the shipping charge. |

Merchandise may be held in the layaway plan for a minimum of 60 days to a maximum of 90 days, with a variety of payment options.
Example: If your order is over $500 (including the shipping fee), your payment can be divided into a maximum of four equal payments, made at regular intervals over 90 days. The final installment is due at the end of the 90 days. |

Or you may choose to have your total purchase divided into three equal payments. If you should choose to make 3 payments: The initial payment is due when you place your order; the second payment will be due 30 days after the first; and the last payment will be due 30 days after the second.
For example: If you place an order on January 1, the first payment will be due on January 1, the second will be due on February 1, and the third and final payment will be due on March 1. |

* Please note before placing an order: A layaway order cannot be cancelled after the 1st payment. In the case of merchandise being returned to us due to unfortunate circumstances beyond our control (death, disappearance, etc.), Soom will issue a refund "less shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee." |

You will either login as a return user, or be ask to enter your ID and a Password to create a new account for you. You will then go on to finish to create your account with your billing and shipping information. After which the account has been created, you then need to confirm shipping address again. |

After you have select the product that you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and you will see the product in the shopping cart. |
