1. When making inquiry, please be sure to your order number.
2. A mail is automatically sent to the customer on the date of delivery date and the tracking number will be announced. However, the tracking number can be checked from the next day of the shipping day (if it is the weekend, the next Monday), please kindly understand. 3. The payment confirmation of the order status will not be changed immediately even if it is credited. It will take 1-2 business days. We need you understanding. After 2 days or more without payment from ordering date, the order will be automatically canceled. 4. Orders with mobile devices such as I PAD and I Phone are possible, but credit card payment may not be possible. (It becomes running ... and freezing) Please make a payment by PC, or make a payment directly to our PayPal account (soom1@dollsoom.com). 5.
