I am really embarrassed right now as my Hyperon fell down from the bed last night. The back side of his head cracked into 2 pieces, with two chippings on the joint place of face and back side of head, and a finger also came off. I glued them together but still felt really bad. I was wondering if it is possible for me to buy a new head and a new right hand from you? Or do you sell jointed hands?
He is a legitimate doll with certificate number 0000026969 on 2013.12.10.
I would appreciate it if you guys would be able to sell me a new head and new right hand/jointed hands. Thanks!
