I'm sorry to interrupt your assumptions, but the company is indeed going through very controversial period now. They have cancelled numerous orders without the reason, not giving any correct explanations for that, and it seems that they have taken money from customers without any legal rights to do so. The community is struggling with the situation, persuading Soom that they are wrong before starting the use of legal methods.
Many users have been disappointed and upset by these actions of the company, and there even are versions of the company closing and leaving with the customers' money.
And I am afraid that you are not right once again with your statement, any company selling things in internet must do refunds, in several cases described in the legal notices and documents. By ignoring these rules Soom would violate the Korean law, which I am sure they'd like to avoid.

This is one of the strangest comments i have ever seen. Would you mind giving me a little context instead of out right accusing a wonderful company for a crime?
If you are still waiting for a doll it can take anywhere from 5-8 months depending on what you have bought. You have to be patient.
Also, Soom doesn't do refunds normally, it even says this when you buy a doll from them. So I'm not sure what your talking about.

Maybe you should refund people their money you are holding for no reason first? Instead of releasing more dolls???
No one will buy it if you keep stealing money!
