1. Brown tan skin doll could have a little parting line.
PLEASE DO NOT SAND parting line and surface of head.
If you sand them, it will come out a bit lighter.
SOOM is not responsible for sanded doll.
2. Brown tan skin Gem is produced in different progress of work.
Actually we can rescue only one doll even if after we have already spoiled ten dolls.
Although one doll is saved, it can be find specks.
Doll with speck is not a Defective Merchandise.
Speck cannot be a reason for the exchange or refund.
