Sard is not just a Dia head with elf ears. He also has a thinner face, wider eyes, and a slightly longer nose. :)

I am so confused. I own a Dia and have seen a Sard in person, and from my observations, they're the exact same sculpt except for their ears. By the looks of this, this Sard has human ears - which... Would make him a Dia? Which has been available on the male body in NS for awhile now, because Soom is awesome? <__>;
Either way, I guess the "Sard" headcap glamor and not having to pay the 30 dollar body switching fee will cause an instant sellout, lol. I really can't say that I'm not super-tempted, myself... Well, because, Sard~~~♥

On second thought, this version of Sard looks more like a male Dia, than the CW Sard we have all fallen in love with.
